Job Title: Social Media Expert

Role Summary
- As a Social Media Expert at SleekFM, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence, driving audience engagement, and amplifying our brand message.
- You will develop and implement effective social media strategies, create compelling content, and analyze performance metrics to optimize our digital impact.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with SleekFM’s brand and marketing goals.
- Identify emerging trends and platforms to ensure SleekFM remains at the forefront of social media innovation.
Content Creation:
- Design and publish engaging multimedia content, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics tailored to each platform.
- Collaborate with the content, production, and design teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
Community Management:
- Foster meaningful interactions with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
- Monitor online conversations about SleekFM and address feedback or inquiries as needed.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
Collaboration:
- Partner with the marketing team to run integrated campaigns that enhance SleekFM’s reach and influence.
- Coordinate with influencers, partners, and collaborators for promotional activities.
Platform Management:
- Oversee SleekFM’s presence on platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and best practices to maintain competitive performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in English Language, Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in social media management, preferably in the media, entertainment, or music industry.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Strong knowledge of analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Creative Skills: Exceptional storytelling and content creation abilities.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Purpose of the Role
- The Marketing/Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing effective marketing and sales strategies.
- This role focuses on building strong relationships with advertisers, sponsors, and partners, while ensuring the broadcaster’s content and brand are effectively marketed to achieve maximum audience engagement and revenue potential.
- Previous experience does not have to be in the broadcast industry. Realistic posibility of earning up to N1,000,000.00 monthly.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Revenue Growth:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with advertisers, sponsors, and partners.
- Negotiate and close deals for advertising slots, sponsorship packages, and partnerships.
Marketing and Brand Management:
- Develop marketing campaigns to promote the broadcaster’s content, brand, and services.
- Collaborate with the programming and production teams to align marketing strategies with content goals.
- Manage brand positioning to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for advertisers and sponsors, providing exceptional service and tailored solutions.
Market Analysis and Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitive insights.
