DCSL Corporate Services Limited is a private limited liability company which provides company secretarial, governance, immigration and training services to diverse governmental, corporate and individual clients across several business sectors in Nigeria. We operate from our Head Office in Lagos, with operational branches in Abuja and Port Harcourt.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a relevant field.
  • Minimum of six (6) years of working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • In-depth market knowledge and strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in customer support is advantageous.

Job Title: Internal Auditor (Manufacturing)

Location: Nigeria

Job Description

  • Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans.
  • Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
  • Obtain,analyseand evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts, etc
  • Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process.
  • Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
  • Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience as an Internal Auditor.
  • Relevant professional qualifications from recognised professional bodies such as ICAN, ACCA/ACA.
  • Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets.

Job Description

  • Oversee the investment portfolio, ensuring optimal asset allocation and performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate portfolio performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure investments comply with regulatory and fiduciary obligations.
  • Conduct thorough research on financial instruments, market trends, and economic conditions to identify profitable investment opportunities.
  • Analyse financial statements, industry data, and market reports to assess potential investments.
  • Develop and present detailed investment proposals to the investment committee or management.
  • Monitor macroeconomic indicators and geopolitical events to anticipate market shifts and adjust strategies accordingly.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field. A Master’s degree in an advantage.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, ICAN, ACCA or equivalent are highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 – 10 years of experience in investment analysis, portfolio management or a similar role in the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools and portfolio management systems.
  • Expertise in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
  • Ability to conduct in-depth research and analysis of financial instruments, market trends, and economic conditions.
