Job Brief

  • We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to oversee our company’s social media accounts and develop engaging content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
  • The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing social media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated on industry trends to optimize our social media presence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve business objectives and KPIs.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s social media profiles and presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create and curate engaging content, including text posts, images, videos, and interactive content.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated social media campaigns that align with marketing and branding initiatives.
  • Plan and schedule social media content calendars to ensure consistent posting and engagement.

  • Develop and implement crisis management protocols and response strategies for social media channels.

  • Stay updated on platform-specific features and updates to leverage new opportunities for engagement and growth.
  • Foster a positive and engaging community of followers and advocates for the brand on social media platforms.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Description

  • We are looking for an Administrative Officer who will support our daily office procedures and ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.
  • Your duties will include office stock management٫ reporting on expenses and office budgets٫ organizing company records and providing administrative support to employees.

Responsibilities

  • Control and organize office supplies stock
  • Schedule in-house and external events٫ maintain corporate calendar and book meeting rooms
  • Manage important and confidential company documents
  • Manage company databases
  • Provide support to clients and employees
  • Review and update office policies as needed
  • Create reports on expenses and office budgets٫ on a regular basis
  • Manage correspondence (including letters٫ emails and packages)٫ arrange travels and accommodations
  • Create reports and presentations with statistical data٫ as assigned

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND, NCE, HND, Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree  with 3+ years’ experience of working on a Administrative Officer٫ Administrator or other similar position
  • Significant experience of organizing office procedures
  • Good practical experience with office management software like MS Office
  • Strong problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills with close attention to details.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 / Month.

Job Title: Programs Coordinator

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Program Management:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor programs and services offered by the Job Center to ensure they align with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate skill development workshops, career counseling sessions, and job placement activities for PWDs.
  • Evaluate program outcomes and prepare regular reports to showcase impact and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant legal and organizational policies, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders to secure job opportunities for PWDs.
  • Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and community forums to promote the Job Center’s objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between PWDs and potential employers to address challenges and foster mutual understanding.
  • Funding and Resource Mobilization:
  • Identify and pursue funding opportunities, including grants, sponsorships, and partnerships, to support program activities and growth.
  • Develop compelling proposals, concept notes, and presentations to secure financial and in-kind contributions.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure efficient use of resources.

Administrative Duties:

  • Supervise and support program staff and volunteers, ensuring effective delivery of services.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is an advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of disability inclusion, employment laws, and workforce development strategies.
  • Proven experience in fundraising, grant writing, or securing sponsorships.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Salary
N150,000 – N180,000 per month.
