Job Title: Sales & Marketing Officer
Locations: Abuja & Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The Sales & Marketing Officer is responsible for driving sales of trucks and maintenance services, identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- The role requires a strong understanding of the trucking industry, excellent sales skills, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Identify and engage potential customers, including fleet operators, logistics companies, and individuals.
- Present, promote, and sell trucks and maintenance services to prospective clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable truck models and maintenance packages.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly to maintain a positive reputation.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market trends and customer demands.
Sales Administration & Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to track performance and target achievement.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of customers and prospects.
- Process sales orders, contracts, and necessary documentation.
- Work closely with the finance and service teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2 – 3 years experience in truck sales, automotive sales, or related fields.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of truck brands, models, and maintenance services.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel for client visits.

Job Description

- Your primary objective will be to process purchase requisition, ensure timely supply/delivery of items
Responsibilities
- Process purchase requisitions from sites/office/workshop
- Ensures the timely delivery of materials and equipment at the lowest possible cost
- Participates in the selection of suppliers based on a criteria
- Conducts a comparative analysis on supplier prices
- Reviews and evaluates the performance of the suppliers
- Processes the necessary clearance documents
- Closely liaising with the clearing agents
- Ensures the proper management of procurement department operations in the absence of the Head of department:
- Carries out all necessary procurement activities
- Verifies that the required order is within the agreed budget
- Coordinates the Dispatch officers when processing the orders
- Submits final invoices to the Finance and Accounts Department
- Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.
- Submit regular reports of market survey to Management
- Maintain knowledge of all organizational and governmental rules affecting purchases, and provide information about these rules to organization staff members and to vendors.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2nd Class upper Degree in Accounts or any social science discipline
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft suite (Word and Excel).
- Advanced IT skills including extensive knowledge of Tally Software.
Proficiency in the use of computers for:
- Word processing
- Simple accounting
- Databases
- Spreadsheets
- Internet
- Google Docs, Sky Drive, DropBox.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.

Job Title: Fleet Analyst
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description
- We are seeking organized, diligent, and responsible individual to join our growing team, which primary objective will be to analyze and evaluate the performance of Customer’s Fleet within the organisation.
Job Responsibilities
- Preparation of workshop status report (Daily, Weekly and Monthly)
- Prepare, plan and analyse service schedule of the entire fleet within jurisdiction in line with standard maintenance procedure
- Project, update and monitor service compliance and reporting of all customer’s truck within jurisdiction
- Estimate all workshop inspections, activities and secure approval in accordance to standard procedure and policies
- Update all necessary information on ERP promptly and ensure compliance
- Prepare, Coordinate and follow up SLA/ retail bills with proper documentation and submit same for payment in line with the existing contract
- Reconcile invoice status with customers weekly for prompt approvals
- Contribute to team effort by carrying out any other related job assigned by the Line manager.
- Performing research and analytical work for Fleet Services Department, particularly in the areas of cost management, vehicle replacement schedules, performance benchmarking, action plan tracking
- Controlling costs by ensuring that vehicles are maintained properly and efficiently.
Requirements
- OND in Mechanical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or its equivalent
- Minimum of two years work experience in Fleet Management or similar role
- Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
- Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
- Intermediate competency in the use of Excel and other packages, and knowledge of ERP.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
