- Project Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting
Requirements
- OND/BSc/HND in Accounting from an accredited institution.
- Completion of NYSC is mandatory for BSC & HND applicants
- Proficiency in the use of Excel & Accounting Software.
- Good interpersonal skills & job delivery
- Attention to details is highly expected.
- Knowledge on occupational health and safety will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities
- Oversee employee onboarding, records management, and compliance with HR policies.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings and interview scheduling.
- Responsible for monitoring the daily security, maintenance, and services of work facilities to ensure that they meet the needs of the organization.

- Develop and achieve sales volume and revenue target as defined by regional sales target.
- Develop the business, report, evaluate and build sales funnel.
- Build strategies to maintain new and existing clients.
- Attend and organize regular sensitization campaign on all new products
- Ensure compliance to all sales practices, prepare market/sales report and recommendation.

Requirements

Responsibilities
- Develop and achieve the sales volume/revenue goals targets as defined in the business plan
- Generate & close leads
- Sales of the company’s retail products & services.
- Prompt reporting of activities to supervisor.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication, align sales strategies with business objectives, and provide comprehensive support for customer needs and service delivery.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Team to ensure strategic marketing awareness and Marketing initiative across the region.
- Developing Initiatives to push sales and product awareness of the company’s products and services.

- Must have very good knowledge of Lagos terrain to navigate and optimize sales opportunities.
- Candidate must reside in Lagos
- Knowledge on occupational health and safety will be an added advantage.
