Description
- Create and update maintenance concepts to achieve production objectives and to maintain Licence to Operate.
- Support in failure analyses and improvement processes.
- Advising on modifications and CAPEX projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Creates and updates the maintenance objective structure and links BOM on SAP-PM
- Responsible for creating and updating maintenance concepts in SAP-PM, including detailed work instructions.
- Responsible for functional design and management of Maintenance Management System
- Responsible to keep the Maintenance FUPlans up to date
- Supports and advises team lead maintenance and engineering
- Initiates, coordinates and monitors smaller improvement projects (modifications)
- Assesses requests for modification of drawings and documentation (MOC) and perform changes
- Makes sure, in case of CAPEX projects, all relevant information is handed over, from project to maintenance department, according to standard (preventive maintenance plans, object structure, documentation, spare parts list) and are uploaded on SAP-PM.
- Adjusts risk matrix with production and updates it periodically
- Participates as a departmental specialist in RCA meetings and, if necessary performs further analysis.
- Coaching colleagues in RCA (e.g. 5W) and work order registration after execution
- Decides on spare parts to keep on stock and define min/max parameters.
- Optimize spare parts inventory, cost vs availability as well as standardization of components in consultation with Reliability Engineer
- Advises the Plant Maintenance Manager & Support on setting maintenance budgets
- Advises on maintenance contracts and SLAs. Coordinate with procurement on desired Quality of Service
- Maintains close contact to suppliers to monitor New Designs and trends
Requirements
- Minimum of HND/B.Sc in Mechnaical/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years experience as Engineer in Yoghurt production process
- Safety awareness
- Pro-active attitude
- Decisive and Priority Setting
- Analytical thinking skills / Abstraction skills
- Substantiate improvement measures and present them convincingly
- Being able to function well within a customer-supplier relationship.

Job Summary
- Implementing the integrated commercial activities for Specialised Nutrition in the respective geographical area of responsibility to achieve the objectives of brand equity and endorsement among trade customers, medical customers, and related institutions, as well as improve the market share of infant-related products.
Responsibilities
- Execute visitation plans to healthcare practitioners and medical channels to generate commitment and build advocacy, leading to recommendations/New user recruitment
- Conduct HCP meetings and 1-1 engagements, with either a brand and/or nutrition education objectives
- Management of key business accounts (Health Care Facilities) – managing complex recommendation processes and partnership-oriented approach to request fulfillment for high-value accounts.
- Collect and analyze all relevant market data to track the performance of the respective medical operations and prompt decision-making.
- Ensures proper medical customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting (PST) for increased productivity of field operations.
- Capturing and documentation of easily accessible and relevant information, as well as call conversations on the CRM platform for improved efficiency and future reference in medical customer engagement.
- Collect, track, and report territory insights, forecasts, and market and competition intelligence on the CRM platform in relation to medical operations.
- Support in tracking set expectations and success of brand-focused campaigns and school activations.
- Monitor the progress of community participation and satisfaction in nutrition outreaches
- Key accountability and support in delivering core objectives for business-assigned initiatives and projects.
- Conduct training on SN knowledge and code gaps for the secondary salesforce team
- Engage hospital proximity trade outlet owner/aisle attendants for insight on SN products (including competition) to gain, track, and capture market intelligence reports. Subsequent follow-up and alignment with the sales team to ensure product availability.
- Coordination and communication of written and approved hospital product order requests
- Joint territory performance review and tracking meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum of First Degree in Food Science & Tech, Nutrition & Dietetics, Nursing, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences or related fields.
- Minimum of 6 years working experience in Medical detailing.
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Presentation Skills
