Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Location: Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
Client Support & Communication:

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries viacalls, emails, and social media.
  • Handle concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring quick resolution.
  • Provide accurate information about the our services, media campaigns, and PR processes.

Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, media personnel, and partners.
  • Assist in maintaining long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure clients receive timely updates and support.

Media & Public Relations Support:

  • Coordinate communications between clients and teams.
  • Assist in scheduling client interviews, press releases, and media events.
  • Manage media inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.

Record-Keeping & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records ofcalls, emails, and client interactions.
  • Track client concerns and escalate unresolved issues to management.
  • Generate reports on client satisfaction, common concerns, and service improvements.

Crisis Management Support:

  • Assist in handling client or media-related crises professionally.
  • Provide timely updates to customers during crisis situations.
  • Follow the our crisis communication guidelines.

Administrative & Miscellaneous Duties:

  • Assist in onboarding new clients by guiding them through processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 2 – 5 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.

Job Description

  • We are looking for social media marketers to market our products and services online.
  • You will be responsible for creating shareable and engaging text content, managing posts, and responding to our followers and prospective clients to help achieve our marketing goals.
  • This role doesn’t require a lot of experience.
  • If you’re used to using social media networks with your smartphone, then this job might be for you, if you meet our basic requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Posting and sharing the company’s posts on social media networks including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
  • Create shareable content appropriate for specific platforms to drive traffic and customer engagement
  • Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand-new audiences
  • Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI to managers

Requirements

  • A higher institution degree holder
  • Familiarity with online marketing channels
  • Up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends with a command of each network and their best practices
  • Creative thinker
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of using Microsoft Office Suite or Adobe Suite is a bonus.

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Work with internal teams to improve customer experience based on feedback.

Sales & Business Support:

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Promote company offerings and upsell products or services where applicable.
  • Assist in onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth transition.

Crisis Management & Conflict Resolution:

  • Handle difficult customer interactions with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
  • Follow company protocols for managing disputes and escalating serious issues.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and customer service tools.

N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
