- Handle sales transactions efficiently, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Provide detailed product information, including fabric care instructions and styling tips.
- Manage inventory by keeping track of stock levels and assisting with restocking shelves.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Participate in promotional activities and events to boost store sales.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

- Degree in B.Sc, OND or HND is required with previous experience as a sales representative.

Reneumeration

Job Summary
- They are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join the team and assist in achieving excellence in people management and organizational development efforts.
Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews to attract top talent.
- Foster supportive work culture by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting positive communication between team members and management.
- Identify staff training needs, design and implement professional development programs, and monitor progress to ensure continuous growth and high performance among employees.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to ensure compliance with labor laws and create a structured work environment.
