Assist customers with their shopping needs, providing personalized fashion advice and recommendations.
Maintain the visual appearance of the store, ensuring displays are attractive and merchandise is organized.
Handle sales transactions efficiently, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
Provide detailed product information, including fabric care instructions and styling tips.
Manage inventory by keeping track of stock levels and assisting with restocking shelves.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
Participate in promotional activities and events to boost store sales.

Qualifications

Gender: Female
Degree in B.Sc, OND or HND is required with previous experience as a sales representative.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.

Reneumeration
N90,000 – N100,000 monthly.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to gather necessary details about their work experience, skills, and career objectives.
Craft high-quality, tailored CVs and cover letters, etc that aligns with clients’ professional goals and industry standards.
Utilize storytelling techniques to highlight key achievements and skills in an engaging way.
Conduct thorough proofreading and editing to ensure error-free and visually appealing documents.

Requirements

Job Summary

They are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join the team and assist in achieving excellence in people management and organizational development efforts.

Responsibilities

Lead the recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews to attract top talent.
Foster supportive work culture by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting positive communication between team members and management.
Identify staff training needs, design and implement professional development programs, and monitor progress to ensure continuous growth and high performance among employees.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to ensure compliance with labor laws and create a structured work environment.
