Job Description
- We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Care Coordinator to join our hospital team.
- The Care Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring seamless patient care by coordinating medical services, facilitating communication between healthcare providers, and assisting patients in navigating their treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between patients, doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to ensure continuity of care.
- Assist patients with scheduling appointments, referrals, and follow-up care.
- Educate patients and families about treatment options, medications, and healthcare resources.
- Monitor patient progress and collaborate with medical teams to adjust care plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

Job Title: Pediatrician
Location: Lagos

Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Pediatrician located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
- The Pediatrician will be responsible for providing medical care to infants, children, and adolescents.
- Day-to-day tasks include conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, prescribing medications, and providing preventative care and health education to patients and their families.
