Our journey as a healthcare provider began in March 2006 with the establishment of the Cardiac Centre in Victoria Island, in association with the renowned Cromwell Hospital in London.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Care Coordinator

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Care Coordinator to join our hospital team.
  • The Care Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring seamless patient care by coordinating medical services, facilitating communication between healthcare providers, and assisting patients in navigating their treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between patients, doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to ensure continuity of care.
  • Assist patients with scheduling appointments, referrals, and follow-up care.
  • Educate patients and families about treatment options, medications, and healthcare resources.
  • Monitor patient progress and collaborate with medical teams to adjust care plans as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, RN,RM

  • Proficiency in medical record management and patient care software.

Job Title: Pediatrician

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Pediatrician located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
  • The Pediatrician will be responsible for providing medical care to infants, children, and adolescents.
  • Day-to-day tasks include conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, prescribing medications, and providing preventative care and health education to patients and their families.

Qualifications

  • Must possess an MBBS Degree or its equivalent, full Registration with the Medical and Dental council of Nigeria (MDCN) and a valid practicing license.
  • Must be a member of the West African College of Surgeons or the National Postgraduate Medical College (Specializing in Pediatrician).
  • Ability to utilize various Microsoft Office applications/software.
  • Primary Focus on Customer Service
  • Experience in a hospital or clinic setting is a plus.
