Job Title: Logistics Personnel

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

  • Ensuring neatness and orderliness within and around the store and office
  • Take task and deliver messages for personnel
  • Prepare water, coffee or get water/food and other items for staff
  • Help organize office activities
  • Walk, push trucks and use public conveyance in order to reach destinations to deliver messages or materials
  • Load vehicles with listed goods, ensuring goods are loaded correctly and taking precautions with hazardous goods
  • Unload and sort items collected along delivery routes
  • Receive messages or materials, items to be delivered and information on recipients , delivery instructions must be communicated via telephone or in person
  • Record information such as items received and recipient’s responses to messages
  • Plan and follow most efficient routes for delivery
  • Perform routine maintenance on delivery vehicles such as monitoring fluids level, replenishing fuel etc.
  • Perform general office or clerical work such as running errands
  • Unload good from large trucks and load them unto a smaller delivery vehicle
  • Load and deliver items or goods from support to shop and vice versa and deliver accordingly
  • Ensure that stickers are placed on all drinks before supplying the drinks to shops.
  • Checking supplies from time to time
  • Checking possible damaged or scratches to supplied goods.
  • Pick up empty crates from shop at any point in time that the need arises most especially during delivery periods
  • Ensure availability during supply days
  • Carry out other duties as instructed by your supervisor, Shop Manager and Managing Director

Salary
N65,000 – N70,000 monthly.

Job Title: Runner

Responsibilities

  • Dust all fixtures, fittings and any other surfaces within reach.
