Job Title: Tax Manager

Location: Nigeria
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s tax operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and optimizing tax strategies for both the firm and its clients.
  • This role requires a strong understanding of tax laws, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex client engagements.
  • The Tax Manager will lead the tax team and collaborate with stakeholders to provide innovative and tailored tax solutions.

Responsibilities
Tax Compliance and Regulation:

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all statutory tax filings, including VAT/GST, payroll, and corporate taxes.
  • Monitor changes in tax legislation and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Tax Planning and Strategy:

  • Develop innovative tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities and optimize tax positions.
