Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Management:
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare and present project status reports.
Technical Expertise:
- Ensure technical alignment with Plant production managers
- Review and approve technical designs and specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction/manufacturing.
- Communicate project status and issues effectively to stakeholders.
- Lead in project meetings and ensure regular site visits.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
- Conduct quality control inspections and tests.
- Implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
Other Duties:
- Assist with the development of project proposals and bids.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Experience: 2 years of experience in project engineering or a related role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AUTOCAD, project management software).
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Good hand/eye coordination.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good multi-tasking/problem solving skills.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst
Job ID: JR002032
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
- In charge of all Quality Control activities cutting across in-coming material quality inspection, in process checks, results from the laboratory and final packaging quality of finished goods.
- Coordinates the general audit of refinery processes, production processes and packing hall processes in accordance with Good advisory or directly responsible for the outcome Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and ISO 9001:2015 to ensure consistent quality of products from batch to batch. Conduct full investigation on all market complaints and coordinate market survey on PZ Wilmar and competition brands.
- Coordinates the Quality assurance technicians in the full coverage of the entire manufacturing processes by monitoring and controlling of the quality of intermediates and finished products.
- Review of manufacturing batch records and Lot packaging records to ensure complete documentation is in place at all time.
- Compile all generated routine QA compliance shift reports and communicates all noncompliance observations, the corrective action taken and communication of all production reports as regards to quality.
- Implement withdrawal of retain samples for storage to ensure representative retention of Products before the expiry of such products and ensuring full inventory management of retained samples with GMP and regulatory requirements.
- Partake in all troubleshooting activities that may occur on production lines to ensure that the root cause is identified and solution found without compromising quality.
- Oversees the general quality inspection of finished goods/raw materials in the warehouse and other storage rooms to ensure finished goods/raw materials are kept at specified storage conditions.
- Monitor and coordinate Quality Transactions of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods from different location on MFG-Pro.
- Conduct 3rd part audit for all suppliers, as well as validation of suppliers.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Science, Food Science & Technology and Laboratory Technology would be preferable.
- 2 – 3 years work experience in a similar role.
- Computer expertise especially in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent Quantitative and Qualitative Analyses skills.

Responsibilities
- Regulate and control the flow of effluent through the plant by operating and adjusting treatment plant pumps, motors, blowers, and other equipment to maintain proper plant operations.
- Mix and add treatment chemicals and ensure adequate chemical application according to regulations and guidelines.

- To develop and implement contractor management system for the Ikorodu factory site.
- To ensure effective and efficient coordination of fire marshals, first aiders, safety and environmental champions to meet operational expectations.
- Collaborates with the Engineering & Maintenance team, factory team, and emergency response team in ensuring safe executions of routine and non-routine jobs.
- Works closely with the regulatory and certification bodies to ensure compliance with statutory and other relevant standards.
- Liaise with Contractors to achieve compliance with corporate HSE targets.

Required Qualifications
- B.Sc./ M.Sc. Sciences/ Engineering, Risk Management

Required Experience:
- Minimum 2 – 4 years experience working in a similar role with at least 3 years of management experience.

- Through the strategy creation process, identify and explore all potential value levers.
- Constantly engage with the suppliers and R&D teams to identify, implement and deliver cost saving opportunities.
Monitor Inventory Levels:
- Participate in the setting of stockholding norms for commodities materials purchased by the organisation.
- Provide corrective action support for inventories that vary from plan.
