Description

  • We are looking for a talented Project Assistant – Level II – Sales to join our team specializing in Sales for our PowerGen Commercial Department in Lagos, Nigeria.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Enhancing Project Management: By applying process and project management skills, you’ll help streamline project workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Supporting Project Execution: Your assistance in managing small portions of well-defined projects will ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope.

Qualifications
Education qualification / Experience:

  • College or equivalent Degree – A minimum of BSc / HND or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office.
  • Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Project Management Skills: Ability to balance scope, schedule, and resources effectively to ensure project goals are met.
  • Effective Issue and Risk Management: Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and prioritizing issues and risks, and taking actions to minimize and control them.

  • Trade Knowledge: Apply knowledge of trade regulations to minimize risks and costs in compliance with Cummins processes and systems.
  • Warehouse Management: Utilize inventory control methodologies and warehousing tools to manage physical inventory and meet defined metrics for inbound and outbound operations.
