Job Title: Production Engineer / Technician

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
For Production Technicians:

  • Operate and monitor food processing and packaging equipment.
  • Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to safety standards.
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets.

For Production Engineers:

  • Oversee and optimize production processes and equipment.
  • Design, implement, and improve manufacturing systems and workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations.
  • Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and efficiency upgrades.

Requirements
For Production Technicians:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.

For Production Engineers:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in production or manufacturing, preferably in the food industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving and technical skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership ability.

Job Summary

  • As part of our nationwide expansion, we are looking to hire experienced and result-driven Territory Sales Managers to oversee operations and drive sales in the following locations: Warri, Benin, Uyo, and Ikom.
  • The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales operations within an assigned region, developing and executing strategies to drive product availability, market penetration, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base in assigned territory.
  • Supervise and support sales representatives and merchandising staff.
  • Manage key distributor and retail accounts to ensure effective product distribution and visibility.
