Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom
Job Type: Full Time

Job Summary

  • The Project Manager is responsible for all engineering and technical projects that require planning and execution.
  • This includes proper coordination and efficient management of the assigned work packages.
  • Additionally, the Project Manager is tasked with executing installation work on the assigned projects while adhering to agreed timelines, quality standards. and budgets

Key Responsibilities

  • Draws up and specifies engineer.ng requirements for assigned projects. Engages the supplier on the required engineering content Of projects
  • Provides and agrees on all necessary drawings with Engineering and the Project Manager.
  • Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
  • Identifies and reports risks to assigned project implementation during or ahead Of Installation works.
  • Prepare and schedule engineering project aspects and interpret clients’ requirements.
  • Reports on progress of projects and installations planning and scheduling to Head Engineering and
  • Packaging according to agreed format and frequency.
  • Executes installation of work packages with a focus on agreed cost. tirne. and quality deliverables.
  • Specifies and ensures process and procedural compliance with applicable safety standards, codes, practices, QAJQC policies, performance standards and specifications
  • Coordinates logistics of materials, resources and personnel for projects and installations.
  • Ensures strict adherence to established policies, procedures and contract specifications in the implementation of all projects and installations.
  • Ensure conformance by vendors I OEM to technical specifications and align same with company requirements.
  • Controls work package schedule. costs. and quality by monitoring progress. coordinating activities, resolving problems, reviewing design and specifications, as well as reviewing and implementinq recommended actions.
  • Administers contractor contracts.
  • Prepares work package status reports by collecting. analysing. and summarising information and trends. as well as recommending actions.
  • Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and State regulations.
  • Controls third-party contractors’ activities and ensures all equipment is fit for purpose and all requirements are satisfied.
  • Confirms roduct performance bv desiqnin and coordinates testinq and commissionin

Qualifications

  • Level of Education: HND/ BSc in Engineering/ B.Eng.
  • Professional Certifications: IPMA Level D/ PMP is a plus.
  • Area of Work Technical (in production).
  • Experience: 10 years minimum

  • Extensive knowledge of various production processes.
  • High-level technical competencies
  • Fluency in IT (MS Projects, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD)
  • Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Competencies.
  • Automation Engineering and Controls.

  • This role will develop, lead, and execute Champion Breweries’ marketing and corporate communication strategies that will enhance brand equity. increase market share, and support business growth while promoting a positive corporate image.
  • The role will ensure consistent brand messaging, integrated communication, and engagement with related stakeholders both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the companys business goals, target audience insights, cornpetitive landscape, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and refine the company’s rnarketing strategies, including pricing, product positioning, market Segmentation. and sales channel optimization.
  • Define and uphold brand standards. guidelines, ond positioning strategies to ensure consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance brand equity and perception. Demonstrate expertise in detailed brand marketing processes.
  • Conduct rnarket research, custorner segmentation. and cornpetitive analysis to identify opportunities, market trends, customer preferences, and potential risks.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth ocvortunities
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop effective product marketing strategies, launch plans, and strategies for new products or services.
  • Oversee the training and development of the marketing team to enhance their skills
  • Acts as a consultant and leverages competitive industry ‘market information and recommends improvements that drive value and commercial effectiveness.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing. and online advertising.
  • Plan. execute. and measure marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including traditional media. digital platforms, events. partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
  • Develop compelling brand narratives, storytelling strategies. and communication plans to engage custcyners. build brand awareness, and foster brand loyalty.
  • Create business communication and change management steps.
  • Communicate with stakeholders. including management, customers, and vendors. to ensure alignment of marketing activities with business objectives.
  • Work closely with other functions to align strategies and optimize business ‘krforrnance.

Reporting Line:

  • The Head. Marketing & Corporate Communications, will report to the MD/CEO

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration. or any other related field.
  • A master’s degree, MBA. or professional certification in rnarketing or cornmunication is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in marketing and corporate communication, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within FMCG. beverage. or a related sector.

  • These drawings are blueprints for construction, manufacturing, and various engineering projects.
  • The role requires a strong understanding of technical drawing principles, knowledge of industry-specific software, and the ability to translate complex information into clear and accurate representations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed drawings of architectural and engineering designs from sketches and specifications.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to incorporate design requirements into drawings.
  • Review and revise drawings to meet project specifications and standards.
  • Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create and modify drawings.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building codes, industry standards, and materials.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the construction or manufacturing process.
  • Manage documentation and filing systems for drawings and project records.

  • 1 or 2 years of working experience.

  • Experience with building information modeling (BIM) software.
  • Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles.
