Job Title: Full-Stack Web App Developer (JavaScript Stack)

Location: Remote or Nigeria-Based
Experience Level: Mid to Senior

What We’re Looking For

• We’re hiring a Full-Stack Web App Developer with real experience—not just AI-suggested boilerplate code.

Core Tech Stack
You must be proficient in the following:
Frontend:

• React.js (with Hooks and modern patterns)
• Tailwind CSS
• TypeScript.

Backend:

• Node.js
• Express.js.

Database:

• PostgreSQL.

Dev & Collaboration:

• Git & GitHub (extensive knowledge required—branches, PRs, versioning, and collaboration)
• Can work well with figma.

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years of full-time experience in full-stack web development
• Strong grasp of system design, REST APIs, authentication, and deployment
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of features
• Fluency in GitHub collaboration and team-based workflows
• Excellent communication (not about grammar—we mean clarity, honesty, and being reachable)

Position Overview

• We’re hiring a Frontend Web App Developer who is passionate about building clean, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Badore, Ajah (Lagos).
• We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and can turn Figma designs into fully functional web experiences using modern frontend technologies.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive web interfaces using React.js and Tailwind CSS
• Integrate UI components and state logic with APIs from the backend team
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to bring mockups and workflows to life
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented frontend code
• Use Git/GitHub for version control and team collaboration
• Participate in team discussions, feedback loops, and product planning sessions

What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills:

• 1+ year of experience in web application development
• Strong knowledge of React.js and Next.jswith modern state management patterns (e.g., Context API, Redux, Zustand, etc.)
• Solid experience with Tailwind CSS for responsive and utility-first UI design
• Familiarity with component libraries like ShadCN UI or similar
• Proficient in TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Able to translate Figma designs into production-ready frontend code
• Experience with Git and GitHub (branching, PRs, version control workflows)

Role Summary

• We’re looking for a Backend Web App Developer with strong real-world experience building and scaling backend systems using Node.js, TypeScript, and tools like Next.js API Routes, Nestjs or Express.js.
• You’ll be working on modern, collaborative web apps that involve WebRTC, Socket.IO, NextAuth, and PostgreSQL, often using BaaS platforms like Supabase.
• This role requires at least 3 years of solid backend development experience and the ability to turn product requirements and Figma prototypes into fully functional backend systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain backend APIs and real-time features
• Implement authentication, session management, and role-based access control
• Handle database schema design, migrations, and query logic using PostgreSQL
• Build scalable backend logic to support modern frontend web applications
• Integrate seamlessly with frontend developers, designers, and product teams
• Use tools like Supabase or Firebase when appropriate for speed and scale
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable backend code

Core Requirements
Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience with Node.js backend development
• Advanced knowledge of TypeScript
• Proficiency in Next.js API routes or Express.js
• Strong experience with WebRTC and Socket.IO (real-time communication)
• Strong experience with Rest API, JWT and Redis
• Familiarity with NextAuth or similar authentication strategies
• Experience with PostgreSQL (including schema design and query optimization)

• Ability to interpret and implement Figma prototypes into backend logic
