Multipro Consumer Products Limited is the largest company in Nigeria dealing in Sales, Haulage and Logistics. MCPL was founded in 1996 as a fully owned company of the Tolaram Group. The first product sold by MCPL in 1996 was Indomie and since then it has played a seminal role in making Indomie a household brand in Nigeria. MCPL over the years has grown adding 13 brands in various categories comprising of Noodle, Snacks, Milk, Cereal, Oil, Homecare and Personal Hygiene.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Mobile Sales Resources (Van Sales, Tricycle Sales, Bike Sales) Representative

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Core Deliverables

  • Achieve daily/weekly sales targets through effective van sales operations.
  • Ensure 100% product availability at all assigned outlets (wholesale/retail).
  • Activate products at point of sale through effective merchandising.
  • Build strong relationships with retailers to increase sell-out.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute pre-planned daily sales routes efficiently.
  • Manage cash collection and stock reconciliation.
  • Monitor competitor activities and report findings.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
  • Ensure proper product rotation and expiry management.

Requirements

Job Title: Account Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, process invoices, and reconcile balances.

Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • Extract and transform data from various sources including Power BI to create reports.
  • Clean and pre-process data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop scripts and workflows to automate data collection and processing tasks.
  • Daily rendition of reports for sales, shipment and other KPIs being tracked at the Divisional level.
  • Scheduling and organizing Divisional meetings and trainings.
  • Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards, reports, and presentations weekly and monthly for the Head of Division.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders using data visualization tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver actionable insights.

  • Implement data quality controls and monitoring mechanisms.
  • Manage Divisional fleet allocations, repairs and other support functions needed for the FSTs to organize their tasks successfully.

  • Provide decision support through ad-hoc analysis and scenario modeling.
  • Participate in training programs and professional development opportunities.

Requirements
