- We are looking for a Technical Operations Manager who can Oversee daily IT operations and lead technical teams to ensure systems are running efficiently, securely, and with minimal downtime.

- Experience in offshore support vessels (OSVs), tugboats, or similar marine logistics environments.
- Strong knowledge of vessel maintenance, classification rules, and marine safety regulations.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Proficiency in budgeting and technical cost control.
- Strong understanding of maritime regulatory compliance (NIMASA, ISM Code, SOLAS, MARPOL).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving, decision making, and analytical abilities.
