Locations: Lagos and Rivers

The Opportunity
- The post holder will create and manage long-term, trusting relationships with clients in the additives, water treatment & solutions, cleaning & hygiene chemicals, food and beverages,oilfield and industrial chemicals business.
- The candidates will be responsible for selling Eunisell products and services to potential customers and achieving revenue targets.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationship with clients.
- Generate sales to meet revenue target.
- Identify opportunities to grow new businesses with existing clients.
- Identify new business opportunities for various company products and services to achieve sales target.
- Canvass territories to present company products to potential customers.
- Attend trade shows and other industry-related events for business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
- Create business leads and set up appointments to present company products.
- Complete order forms and submit same for processing.
- Manage multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines and fulfilling service promise.
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, or feedback received to the appropriate in-house staff.
- Follow through on new business leads and referrals.
- Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
What We Expect
- B.Sc. / HND in marketing, business administration or any related field.
- Minimum of 20years’ sales and business development experience within the chemical or related industry
- Candidates with atleast 20years direct sales experience within the banking or financial industry may be considered.
- Good presentation, reporting and communication skills.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate and present.
- Good relationship management ability.
- Negotiation and convincing skills.
- Must have ability to handle multiple responsibilities — to work across many accounts, projects, and/or issues and prioritize effectively.

Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary
- The Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Group Managing Director by managing the office, conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings.
- The role requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Essential Job Functions
- Act as the point of contact between the GMD and internal/external clients
- Provide high-level calendar management for the GMD, prioritize inquiries and requests; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
- Arrange and handle all logistics for GMD’s meetings and events: schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials; record and circulate meeting minutes among attendees.
- Undertake a broad variety of administrative tasks and assisting with special projects.
- Work closely with the GMD to keep him well informed of upcoming appointments, commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Coordinate GMDs communications and undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages, responding to emails, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information, researching and routing correspondence.
- Exercise high level of proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Arrange corporate events to take place outside of work place.
- Make GMDs travel arrangements and manage itineraries.
- Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
- Develop and maintain an organized and efficient documentation and filing system.
- Undertake other tasks as may be assigned.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration or any related field.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars a must.
- Minimum of 12 years work experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to Senior Management.
- Basic ICT skills – (able to use Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication and decision-making skills
- Exceptional Interpersonal skills

Job Overview
- A meticulous and objective Internal Auditor to monitor and evaluate internal controls, ensure accuracy in financial processes, and enforce compliance with operational standards.
- The Internal Auditor will exercise oversight functions over business integrity, process effectiveness, and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Audits:
- Conduct internal audits on procurement, fieldworks, sales, inventory, payroll, and cash handling.
- Evaluate efficiency of operations and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Financial Controls & Risk Analysis:
- Verify accuracy of financial statements and general ledger entries.
- Conduct risk assessments and fraud investigations.
- Ensure segregation of duties and implement internal checks.
Inventory & Fieldwork Audits:
- Conduct routine spot-checks on inventory levels (Chemicals and Engineering Equipment).
- Match inventory records with sales and equipment logs.
- Monitor equipment usage at site locations.
Process & Policy Audits:
- Review SOPs across all departments and identify compliance gaps.
- Recommend improvements to enhance control and efficiency.
- Conduct training and sensitization sessions for staff.
Regulatory & Tax Compliance Review:
- Validate statutory filings and tax payments.
- Check compliance with local labour laws, safety regulations, and corporate governance codes.
Reporting:
- Submit timely, objective, and actionable audit reports with clear risk indicators.
- Track and follow up on audit recommendations to ensure full implementation.
Process Development:
- Establish audit documentation standards and reporting templates.
- Build risk management frameworks and internal control matrices.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc. / HND in Accounting or a related field with minimum of 15 years of audit or internal control experience, preferably in Oil and Gas, financial institutions, FMCG etc.
- Professional qualification (ICAN, ACCA, CIA) is mandatory. MSC or MBA will be an added advantage
- Strong attention to details.
- Sound knowledge of audit principles, internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong ethics, confidentiality, and analytical skills.
