Job Title: SME Portfolio Manager

The position
- As an SME Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of SME clients.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand portfolio performance, identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and deliver data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Your role will involve performance monitoring, relationship management, and executing initiatives that enhance the value of the SME portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Manage the performance and growth of a portfolio of SME clients, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and profitability.
- Analyze SME portfolio data to uncover trends, identify risks, and recommend actionable insights to drive business outcomes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for SME clients and proactively address issues affecting performance.
- Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Operations teams to align portfolio strategy with broader business goals.
- Build and maintain dashboards using tools like Power BI to provide visibility into portfolio metrics and performance.
- Support the development of credit strategies and lending solutions tailored to SME client needs.
- Lead or support projects aimed at improving portfolio health, client segmentation, and revenue optimization.
Requirements
Required:
- A Minimum of 5 years of experience in SME banking, portfolio management, credit analysis in a financial services context.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into business strategy
Preferred:
- Proficiency in Power BI, MySQL, or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, risk, product, and operations teams.
- Solid understanding of SME financing and risk management.

The position
- The People Operations Partner supports the People Operations Lead in delivering standardized, efficient, and scalable people solutions that ensure the smooth running of our People Optimization function.

What You’ll Do
