Job Summary
- The Business Development Officer will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to increase the hotel’s market presence and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and corporate accounts.
- Promote hotel services (accommodation, events, dining, etc.) to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business deals.
- Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or hospitality (hotel industry experience is an advantage).

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
