Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Supermarket manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales growth and esnure smooth functioning of our supermarket.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the supermarket.
- Manage staff sceduling, supervision and performance
- Implement ffective merchandising and inventory management processes.
- Monitor stock levels, reduce wastage and ensure timely replenishment
- Drive sales growth through customer engagement and promotions
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
- Prepare and analyse sales, expense and performance reports.
- Lead motivate and train staff to deliver execptional customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business Administration, Management or related filed
- 3-5 years experience in Retail store management and at least 1 year in Leadership.
- Proven experience in inventory management and stock control
- Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in POS/Inventory management systems.

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Inventory & Procuremet Officer to manage stock control, procurement processes and vendor relationships to ensure smooth supermarket operations
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track stock levels across departments.
- Conduct regular stock counts, variance analysis, and implement shrinkage control measures.
- Manage the procurement cycle’ request, evaluate , and process supplier orders.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality supply and competitive pricing.
- Negotiate terms with vendors to achieve cost savings and timely deliveries.
- Maintain proper documentation of stock receipts, transfers, adjustments and purchase records.
- Work closely with Supermarket manager to align inventory with sales trends.
- Provide accurate weekly and monthly reports on stock status, procurement and vendor performance.
Requirements
- BA / B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
- Minimum 3 years proven experience in inventory management and procurement within Retail, Supermarkets or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and vendor management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Inventory/procurement management systems.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and organizational skills.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
