Job Title: Senior Operations Analyst

Reports to: SVP, Technology & Innovation

Job Purpose

  • The Senior Operations Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing and optimizing the organization’s operational processes to enhance efficiency, improve performance, and support strategic goals.
  • By leveraging data-driven insights, the Senior Operation Analyst will ensure seamless day-to-day operations while identifying opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and increased productivity.

Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluate current operational workflows and identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
  • Develop and recommend actionable strategies for process improvement.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to generate meaningful insights.
  • Support regulatory compliance reporting and performance tracking.
  • Support the planning and execution of operational projects.
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Analyze operational costs and identify areas for cost reduction.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Monitor expenditures to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
  • Collaborate with operations, finance, and technical teams to improve operational deliverables
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of operational processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments and partner organizations to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide support for ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed.
  • Train team members (attendants and field workers) on tools, processes, and best practices.

Job Specifications
Qualification & Experience:

  • 1st Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field from a reputable University.
  • MBA or relevant professional development in Finance, Management Science & Operations Research and Mergers and Acquisition.
  • 8 – 10 years post – NYSC experience in operations, business analysis, operating environment or a similar role
  • Expert understanding and application of renewable economics, risk and decision science and Nigerian fiscal systems.
  • Proven competencies in using Data Analytics and Microsoft Office software programs.

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Nigeria

Reports to: Chief Corporate Services & Sustainability Officer (CCSSO)
Supervises: NYSC Corp Members/Interns

Job Purpose

  • The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Chief Corporate Services & Sustainability Officer.
  • This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth operations, effective stakeholder management, and seamless execution of priorities across the Corporate Services portfolio, including Supply Chain Management, Risk Management, Local Content, and Sustainability.
  • The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, and highly efficient, with the ability to manage complex tasks, anticipate needs, and act as a trusted support to the CCSSO in advancing corporate objectives.

Job Responsibilities
Executive Support:

  • Manage the CCSSO’s calendar, schedule, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal time management and prioritization.
  • Prepare, edit, and coordinate reports, presentations, speeches, and briefing materials for Board, Executive Management, and external stakeholders.
  • Handle correspondence, calls, and inquiries with professionalism, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.

Project & Portfolio Coordination:

  • Track and monitor key deliverables, KPIs, and deadlines across the CCSSO’s areas of responsibility.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives by coordinating meetings, preparing minutes, and ensuring action items are followed up.
  • Assist in drafting and maintaining dashboards, reports, and presentations for Corporate Services and Sustainability.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management:

  • Liaise with internal teams, Board members, regulators, and external partners on behalf of the CCSSO.
  • Support stakeholder engagement initiatives, including sustainability and ESG-related programs, risk reviews, and supply chain/vendor engagements.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the CCSSO’s office and internal/external stakeholders.

Operational & Administrative Excellence:

  • Develop and maintain effective filing, recordkeeping, and knowledge management systems (physical and digital).
  • Coordinate logistics for high-level meetings, workshops, and conferences.
  • Oversee expense management and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Perform such other functions as may from time to time be assigned by the CCSSO.

Job Specification
Person Specification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience supporting C-Suite executives or senior management in a corporate or professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance, sustainability/ESG, and risk management frameworks is an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools.
