Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Documentation & Compliance Officer
Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records for all outsourced staff.
- Follow up with employees to ensure submission of required documentation (e.g., guarantor forms, referee forms, credentials, medicals, etc.).
- Verify guarantors and referees provided by staff to ensure authenticity and compliance with client requirements.
- Ensure timely collation, filing, and secure storage of all HR documents (both physical and electronic).
- Provide documentation support during onboarding of new hires, ensuring all staff have complete files before deployment.
- Track and report on documentation status across all projects and clients.
- Liaise with HRBPs to ensure smooth coordination between staff engagement and documentation processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal HR policies, client requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Support audits and client requests by providing accurate and complete staff records.
- Flag gaps, risks, or non-compliance issues in staff documentation and escalate promptly.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 – 4 years experience in HR administration, records management, or compliance.
- Strong knowledge of HR documentation processes and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR information systems.
Salary
N200,000 / Month.

Job Title: IT Administrator

Responsibilities
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide first and second-line technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and other peripheral equipment.
- Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies (Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Admin).
- Document and manage support requests using our ticketing system
System & Network Administration:
- Perform routine maintenance and monitoring of servers, network devices, and critical systems.
- Assist in the management of core services including Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, antivirus, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and security.
- Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
Security & Compliance:
- Implement and uphold IT security policies, including antivirus, firewall, and email filtering management.
- Educate users on security best practices and help prevent security breaches.
- Assist with internal and external audit compliance activities related to IT.
Infrastructure & Procurement:
- Assist with the procurement of hardware and software, managing vendor relationships.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory of all IT equipment, software licenses, and assets.
- Help plan and execute IT projects, such as system upgrades and new technology deployments.
Documentation & Process Improvement:
- Create and maintain clear and detailed technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance IT service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience (typically 2-4 years) in an IT support or system administration role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS (10/11) and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, user account management, and group policies.
- Solid understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent business communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience providing superior customer service and support.
- Experience working effectively in a team environment, communicating effectively, resolving issues efficiently, and contributing to the improvement of the infrastructure.
- Proven knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP, SMTP, SNMP, VPNs, and security methodologies.
- Thorough knowledge of voice and data communications techniques and technologies.

- Reconcile inventory and accessories picked vs deployed by installers
- Daily tracking of team members attendance in gate meeting and prospects logged requirement

- Design PJP (Route plan) within territory + conduct one gate meeting/ day with assigned Installers to ensure ways of work governance metrics are in place
- Reconcile paid tickets not fulfilled within 24 hours and call customer/ installation head for closure
- Provide Reports of Works done with the corresponding time sheet for daily submission.
- Sign off return/ refund on failed customer acceptance of installation
- Tracking job ticket status
- Supervise completion of tasks within the allotted time frame for the installers
- Responsible for onboarding and training the installers
- Conduct performance Management of the installers.
