Job Summary

  • We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Officer to oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • You’ll play a key role in shaping our team culture, ensuring compliance, and driving HR excellence within a growing tech startup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Create job descriptions and manage the full recruitment and onboarding cycle.
  • Identify training needs and organise employee development programmes.
  • Implement performance appraisal systems and support KPI tracking.

Requirements
Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of a 2:2 or HND Lower Credit required.

Certifications:

  • HR certifications (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, etc.) are an advantage.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years in a similar HR role, preferably in a tech or startup environment.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labour laws.
  • Proficiency in HR tools and systems.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Discreet, proactive, and adaptable with sound judgment.
  • Team player with strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

Job Summary

  • We are seeking experienced Study Abroad Advisors to join our growing team.
  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding students through program selection to visa applications and pre-departure support.
  • You should have a deep understanding of international admissions processes, especially for destinations including the UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, among others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up with leads and convert them to clients.
  • Counsel students on suitable study destinations, programs, and institutions based on their academic background and career goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end application process. From admission inquiries anddocument review to offer acceptance and visa enrollment.
  • Provide detailed guidance on Navitas, Study Group, and OnCampus pathway admissions.
  • Maintain accurate and organised student records within the CRM system.
  • Liaise with university representatives, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and up-to-date program information.
  • Conduct information sessions, webinars, and school visits to generate quality leads.
  • Support students with visa counselling, statement of purpose (SOP) reviews, and pre-departure briefings.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly student recruitment targets.
  • Stay updated on changing international education policies, visa regulations, and institutional updates.
  • Contribute to marketing activities such as education fairs, exhibitions, and online campaigns.

Required Qualifications and Skills
