Job Title: Administrative Manager
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The Administrative Manager will oversee and coordinate all administrative operations across the organization, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and effective support for management and staff.
- The ideal candidate must possess in-depth experience in administrative management, with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the organization.
- Develop and implement administrative systems, policies, and procedures that promote efficiency and compliance.
- Supervise and support administrative staff to ensure smooth operations across all departments.
- Manage office logistics, facility maintenance, inventory control, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate communication between departments and management to ensure alignment of activities and priorities.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for all administrative functions.
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and documentation for senior management.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, regulations, and best practices in administrative operations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions that enhance productivity.
- Support HR and finance teams in documentation, staff welfare, and administrative budgeting.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s Degree is an advantage).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in administrative management or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in office administration, organizational management, and policy implementation.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
Additional Requirements:
- Must demonstrate in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in administrative management, with a strong ability to design and implement systems that improve operational efficiency.

- Candidate must reside close to or within Rumudara, Port Harcourt.
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure all duties are carried out efficiently and on time.
- Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and portion control.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, request supplies, and minimize food waste.
- Coordinate meal preparation schedules to meet service demands.
- Train and motivate kitchen staff to maintain productivity and professionalism.
- Report any maintenance, equipment, or operational issues promptly.
- Support management in menu planning and cost control measures.
- Uphold discipline, punctuality, and teamwork within the kitchen team.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification in Catering, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory or senior kitchen role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Salary
N100,000 / Month.

Job Summary

- The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in food preparation, maintain excellent hygiene standards, and ensure customer satisfaction through consistent quality and taste.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidates residing within or close to Rumudara, Port Harcourt are strongly preferred.)
- Prepare and cook a wide variety of meals according to the menu and company standards.
- Ensure all food items are properly stored, labeled, and maintained in a hygienic condition.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen at all times.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor food supplies and inform the supervisor of shortages or required stock.
- Assist in menu planning, portion control, and minimizing food waste.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely meal service.
- Follow all company policies regarding quality, safety, and kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE or OND qualification in Catering, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience as a Cook or Chef in a reputable kitchen.
- Good knowledge of local and continental dishes.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team environment.
- Must reside within or close to Rumudara, Port Harcourt.
Salary
N60,000 per month.
