Within a few years, the hospital expanded its scope of practice into a full-fledged private multispecialty hospital. The core vision of the organisation is to provide world-class healthcare services to patients in Nigeria, West Africa, and globally.
With hospitals located in both Abuja and Lagos, our services accommodate over one hundred (100) beds and provide services and facilities such as emergency / trauma center, a helipad, major radiology diagnostic center, a prosthetic manufacturing plant, an oxygen manufacturing plant, modular surgical operating theatres, cardiac catheterization unit and several other facilities that make for a modern multispecialty hospital.

Job Title: Nursing Secretary
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, including staff coordination, duty scheduling, meetings, and correspondence to the Nursing unit.
- Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and circulars.
- Manage office supplies and support procurement.
- Support compliance with healthcare regulatory standards and confidentiality of medical information.
Qualifications
- HND/BSc in Health Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and hospital documentation software.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Job Title: Family Physician
Location: Lagos
Description
- The Consultant Family Physician is responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based primary and specialist family medicine care to patients across all age groups.
- The role ensures comprehensive and continuous healthcare delivery, encompassing preventive care, acute and chronic disease management, health education, and coordination of patient care within the multidisciplinary clinical environment.
- The Consultant is expected to support clinical governance, lead quality improvement initiatives, supervise junior medical staff, and contribute to strengthening family medicine practice within the hospital.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS or MBBCh) from a recognized institution.
- Postgraduate Fellowship qualification in Family Medicine from:Â National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria (FMCP/FMCPH), or West African College of Physicians (FWACP) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years post-graduation experience, with at least 5 years post-fellowship clinical experience.
- Full registration and current annual practicing license with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
Skills and Competency:
- Strong clinical reasoning and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to manage a broad range of medical conditions across all age groups.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.
- Commitment to patient-centered care, professionalism, and continuous learning.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience working in a private tertiary or multi-specialty hospital.

Job Title: Credit Control Officer
Location: Lagos
Role Description
- The Credit Control Officer is responsible for managing the hospital’s credit policies and receivables, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances from patients, HMOs, corporate clients, and other third-party payers.
- The role ensures financial compliance, proper documentation, accurate reconciliation of patient accounts, and effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to reduce bad debt exposure and enhance cash flow and financial performance.
Qualifications
- Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Professional certification or part-qualification in ICAN, ACCA, or CITN is an added advantage.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 – 5 years’ experience in credit control, accounts receivables, or financial operations within a hospital or service-based environment (healthcare experience strongly preferred).
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of billing systems, insurance claims, and healthcare credit cycle management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Key Competencies:
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong analytical, reporting and documentation skills
- Customer service orientation with firmness and professionalism
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
