Job Title: Quality Control Officer

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • Accurate analysis of raw materials, packing materials and finished products.
  • Ensure online process meets the required specifications before release.
  • Preparation and standardization of laboratory reagents and chemicals
  • Routine calibration of laboratory equipment and maintenance.
  • Develop, review of test methods and operational SOP.
  • Ensure proper documentation of laboratory operations.
  • Ensure GMP and accurate dispensing in compounding area and preparing of monthly variance report.
  • Assist Quality Assurance Manager in daily functions.
  • Assist QA Manager in the implementation of ISO 9001-2015, CGMP, GLP etc.
  • Relieve QA Manager as at when due.
  • Coordinate factory HSE programme and publish weekly report.
  • Management representative (Shift manager) during shift production.

Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Evans Industries Limited in Lagos.
  • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and implementing growth strategies, and conducting market research.

Responsibilities

  • The Business Development manager is responsible for the achievement and delivery of overall sales and distribution objectives for the company within the assigned territory.
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Business Development, Sales, and Marketing skills
  • At least 3 years experience in Sales and Distribution Management
  • Experience in identifying new business opportunities and client relationship management
  • Ability to develop and implement growth strategies
  • Market research and analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Title: Soap Machine Operator

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • Operate machine, efficiently, and safely to achieve set target.
  • Ensure machines are clean, and maintained in accordance with good preventive maintenance culture.
  • Regularly inspecting the machine to identify any replacement malfunction and repair and report to the appropriate Personnel.
  • Ensure strong adherence to safety, quality and good manufacturing practices.
  • Assist the technical team in carrying out periodic repair and maintenance.
  • Ensure work area is clean, safe and organized.
  • Contribute to waste reduction management programme.
  • Assist the team in the overall company’s objective.

Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Location: Nigeria
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
  • Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus and components using test equipment and hand tools to locate the root cause of breakdown and correct the problems.
  • Inspect electrical systems, equipment and components to identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair and ensure compliance with codes.
  • Perform duties such as maintaining records and files, preparing reports and ordering supplies and equipment through the plant engineer.
  • Provide preliminary sketches and cost estimates from materials and services to the plant engineer
  • Install and maintain wiring and lightning systems in compliance with state and national regulations on electrical code standards and maintain a high level of safety ethnics
  • Ensure fire safety alarm systems are functional
  • Monitor work done by outside contractors, adhere to regulatory code requirements and report to the plant engineer.
