Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly driven Junior Consultant with strong technical capability and expertise in change management, leadership development, and organisational transformation.
  • In this role, you will support strategy execution, deliver transformation projects, and provide analytical insights that drive meaningful business change across multiple industries.
  • This role is ideal for a candidate with 2–5 years’ experience working with KPMG or similar top-tier consulting firms, either in Nigeria or abroad, who understands traditional consulting methodologies and is eager to support Senior Consultants and Partners in delivering technical and strategic solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the design and implementation of organisational transformation and change management initiatives.
  • Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness assessments to guide transformation programs.
  • Develop leadership development frameworks, competency models, training plans, and capability-building structures.
  • Design and support rollout of change interventions including communications, training, transition management, and performance enablement.
  • Perform data-driven analysis to support recommendations, insights, and solution design.
  • Build dashboards, project trackers, and reporting mechanisms using tools such as Excel, PowerBI, Notion, Airtable, and Miro.
  • Translate complex data and observations into actionable strategies for clients.
  • Participate in client workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, reports, and project documentation.
  • Support project management processes—tracking deliverables, risks, timelines, actions, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Identify operational and process gaps, with recommendations for improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years’ experience in management consulting, transformation, organisational development, or leadership development.
  • Experience working in or with top-tier consulting firms (KPMG, Deloitte, PwC, EY, Accenture, or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
  • Understanding of traditional consulting approaches and willingness to support Senior Consultants and Partners in technical and strategic delivery.
  • Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership, and professionalism beyond typical firm levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in change management, leadership development, or technology projects is a plus (upskilling possible if needed).
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, data visualisation tools, Miro, and project management systems.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High adaptability, critical thinking, and ability to work in fast-paced and evolving environments.
  • Bilingual candidates (English & French) are a strong plus.
