Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Contract
Onsite work mode: Monday – Friday

About the Role

  • We need a call-centre based customer service representative to handle customer enquiries and complaints, in a way that is reflective of our luxury brand.
  • Reporting to the customer service supervisor and manager, working in our dynamic customer service team.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers, answer queries and resolve problems
  • Build strong relationships with customers and promote our brand
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints with understanding and diplomacy
  • Provide product and service recommendations based on customer needs
  • Process telephone orders and complete customer transactions
  • Understand and convey technical product information to customers
  • Advise on company information and processes, as well as deals and promotions
  • Utilise the internal customer management software to track all order processes

Requirements
Essential:

  • Exceptional verbal communication skills
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to build relationships with customers
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the desire to create positive customer experiences

Preferred:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a phone-based customer service role is an added advantage.
  • OND, HND, or B.Sc Qualification required.

  • This role requires you to be based in Lagos with the ability to move in and around the mainland areas.

Job Description

  • The counter will be responsible for accurately counting, checking, and maintaining inventory records.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, ability to work independently, and experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

  • Pre-counting and strapping of pallets
  • Arranging and sorting sheets
  • Verifying inventory levels and accurately reporting discrepancies.
  • Reporting visually recognized problems to the supervisor
  • Taking pictures from each loaded truck to see the condition of the pallet
  • Uploading the pictures in a folder of each customer per delivery
  • Taking pictures of daily deliveries from production and uploading the pictures to the quality folder
  • Keeping storage areas organized and clean.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft office.

Salary
N43,500 (net) Monthly + shift allowances.
