Job Description

• Develop, Implement, and Support software products and solutions that integrate with in-house and third-party systems.
• Provide support to business analysts in the conversion of individual client business requirements into software functionality.
• Provide training to client end users with relevant tools and technical documentation.
• Lead a technical work stream as a component of a larger project.
• Provide subject-matter expertise, customer advocacy, and analysis through all phases of the development lifecycle
• Communicate effectively well with internal/external parties.

Requirements
We would love to meet someone with:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or a similar discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of mobile development experience in native android development with Java, Flutter or C#, and with Web API, JSON, REST and embedded databases like SQLite, etc.
• Good communication skills, interpersonal & analytic skills, with an aptitude for analytical problem-solvin and ability to learn quickly and solve complex problems.
• Proficiency in object-oriented design and development using software development best practices.
• Experience working on Agile teams using Agile methodologies such as, SCRUM.
• Ability to design, and build, high quality unit tests, and provide technical input for designs, functional specifications, and other project requirements.

Job Title: Project Associate

Job Description

• Conduct Project Initiation Meeting with institutions before project kickoff.
• Create project plan and other supporting projects document before project kickoff.
• Manage the implementation for channels specific integration.
• Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives.
• Manage project change request through the adoption of the organization change request process.
• Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test, and deployment management activities.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, priorities, and milestones.
• Facilitate effective communication and foster a collaborative environment to ensure alignment and engagement across all project teams.
• Prioritize project intakes and ensure projects are properly assigned to project team members.
• Maintain a program report that provides an overview of the status of all projects currently in progress and those that have been completed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency as it relates to the evolving need of solution delivery department.
• Prepare estimates, assign resource(s) and duration and detailed project plan for all phases of the project.
• Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and facilitate project status update meetings.
• Manage project risk and issues, adopt the appropriate response for identified risk & resolve project issues.

Requirements

• BSc / BEng in Project Management, Engineering, or a relevant field of study. Higher qualifications and/or professional certifications in a related field will be a huge plus.
• 2+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects, including experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment, documentation and gathering of requirements from the clients / businesses, with relevant experience with full product lifecycle and understanding of development lifecycle and various technology methodologies that support that lifecycle, is essential.
• Skills in Project management, Stakeholder Management, Risk & Issues Management
• Project scheduling using Microsoft Project
• Project Monitoring & Control using Microsoft Project
• Experience in Product management, Business requirement gathering & documentation, good understanding of SDLC.
• Behavioral & technical competency: Analytical skills, Data analysis, Stakeholder management, Organization skills, Time management, Written and verbal communication, Leadership and Problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge and certifications in PMP, PRINCE 2 and SCRUM
• Understanding of e-channels, APIs, and integration processes

Job Title: Application Administrator

What you’ll do

• Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large, distributed software applications.

Requirements

• Ability to program (structured and OO) with one or more high level languages, such as Python, Java, C/C++, Ruby, and JavaScript.
• Experience with distributed storage technologies like NFS, HDFS, Ceph, S3 as well as dynamic resource management frameworks (Mesos, Kubernetes, Yarn)
• Experience with cloud computing technologies such as AWS, Azure and GCP.
• Experience with basic database management, Linux and Windows Server OS.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Grafana, ELK, New Relic
• Experience with 24/7 shift-based structures.
• A proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecks.
• Behavioral competencies required: Attentiveness, Conscientiousness, Dependability, Proactiveness and an analytical/problem solving mindset.
• Certifications under any of the cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP.
