Job Title: Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company objectives.
- Manage the entire procurement process, from sourcing and negotiation to purchase and delivery.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure the best value for the company.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual terms and quality standards.
- Analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities and risks in the supply chain.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Prepare and manage the procurement budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Implement and manage procurement software systems for better efficiency and transparency.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their procurement needs and provide support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar leadership role within procurement.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and contract management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software, data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Familiarity with international trade regulations and compliance.

Job Title: Chartered Accountant

- Assist in financial operations of the Factory Accounts unit.
- Ensure that controls are effective in order to secure all company’s assets and records.

- Extract Monthly Trial Balance and prepare monthly Gross Margin Statement, Profit and Loss Account and Cash Position Statement for the factory.
- Ensure accurate report of current assets – Stocks, Debtors and Cash at the factory level.
- Display a sense of ownership to encourage the achievement of the overall Accounts/Finance Department objective of the company through teamwork.
- Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs
- Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
- Analyzing workflow processes
- Prompt at invoicing and billing.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
- Processing due invoices for payments
- Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment, and other charges
- Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling books of accounts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of B.Sc or HND in Accounting
- ICAN or ACCA is a must
- 4 years + experience in accounting
- Manufacturing experience is needed.
