The Nigerian Breweries ITF-NECA Technical Skills Development Programme is now open for young Nigerians. This special training program is a chance to learn important technical skills. The Nigerian Breweries ITF-NECA Technical Skills Development Programme lasts for 9 months and gives young people a way to build their careers.

About the Programme

The Nigerian Breweries ITF-NECA Technical Skills Development Programme is a team effort between the Industrial Training Fund (ITF), the Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA), and Nigerian Breweries. It is made for smart and hardworking young Nigerians who want to learn about Mechanical Maintenance, Engineering, Quality Control, and Logistics.

Goals of the Programme

  • Teach young people useful science and technical skills

  • Help young people get jobs in Nigeria

  • Connect private companies with public training programs

Training Details

If selected for the Nigerian Breweries ITF-NECA Technical Skills Development Programme, you will get:

  • Free classes and free lunch

  • Training at Nigerian Breweries Supply Chain Academy in Ibadan

  • Hands-on experience at breweries in Lagos, Aba, Ibadan, Enugu, Ota, Ijebu Ode, or Kaduna

  • A monthly stipend (not a salary)

This program will not make you a Nigerian Breweries employee, but it will give you good skills and work experience.

Who Can Apply?

To join the Nigerian Breweries ITF-NECA Technical Skills Development Programme, you must:

  • Have credits in English, Math, Physics, and Chemistry

  • Have a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical, Electrical, or other related engineering fields with at least a lower credit

  • OR have a National Diploma (ND) in Chemical, Food Science, Laboratory Science, or Applied Physics for Quality and Logistics

  • Have finished school no earlier than 2022

  • Have completed your NYSC

Important Notes

  • You must pay for your own transport, food, and place to stay during the selection process

  • You must bring your original documents for screening

  • Only shortlisted people will be contacted

  • Nigerian Breweries will only accept applications sent through its official website and social media

  • Nigerian Breweries will never ask you to pay money to apply
