Job Description
The Young Graduate program at TotalEnergies offers a unique opportunity for young individuals to gain practical work experience and international exposure soon after graduating from university. We are seeking highly motivated and passionate young professionals with exceptional academic achievements. This program is designed for young graduates who will be working within the Commercial/Technical/Sales/Finance departments in Lagos, Nigeria.
Main Principles
The program consists of an 18-month course, divided into two phases:
- Phase 1: 6 months in Nigeria, the country of origin
- Phase 2: 12 months of expatriation in another TotalEnergies affiliate within Africa or at our headquarters in Paris, subject to performance and availability
Candidate Profile
To be eligible for the TotalEnergies Young Graduate Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Applicants must be Nigerian nationals
- Applicants must reside in Nigeria for at least 6 months
- Applicants must be under 26 years old
- Applicants must have less than 1 year of professional experience
- Applicants must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
Degrees in the following disciplines are preferred:
- Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering or related fields
- Accounting/Economics/Finance-related disciplines
- Marketing/Business-related degrees
