Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls
- Generate sales leads
- Maintain customer interaction records, process accounts, and file documents
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction
- Establish sustainable relationships and build trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information using appropriate methods and tools
- Achieve personal and team sales targets as well as call-handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, offer timely solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution
Requirements
