Job Title: Senior Technical Assistant (Operations)
Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support business operations, including trouble shooting and resolving technical issues.
- Collaborating with IT teams to implement technical solutions and resolve complex technical problems.
- Analyze business needs and identify technical solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Working closely with cross-functional team to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Develop and maintain database, spreadsheets, and other technical tools to support business operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of business processes and procedures.
- Trouble shoot basic technical issues with hardware, software, and networks.
- Analyze data to support business decisions and also assist with project planning, execution and monitoring.
- Manage calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings, handling correspondence, emails and phone calls.
- Support project teams with coordination, research and documentation.
- Advise and assist in the orientation and training of other personnel on equipment and software as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, in Marketing, Computer science, Information Technology or related field. Masters’ degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a Business/Technical support role.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
- Strong technical background in Computer systems, software applications, and technical tools.
- Strong analytic and organizational skills.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the organization’s long-term goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define business strategies and initiatives.

- Conduct in-depth analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning.

- Oversee the creation of internal and external communication materials, including press releases, newsletters, and reports.
