If you are seeking an exciting and fast-paced work environment, look no further. Optio Solutions is currently hiring Full-Time Call Center Customer Service Representatives for our Fargo, North Dakota office. No experience in a call center? Not a problem! We provide training to all applicants.
Sign-on Bonus: $1,000.00 (distributed as $250 at the 30-day anniversary, $250 at the 60-day anniversary, and $500 at the 90-day anniversary)
Job Description and Responsibilities:
As a Call Center Representative at Optio Solutions, you will be equipped with the necessary tools for success, including paid training, industry-leading technology software, scripting, and coaching to help you excel in your role. Your responsibilities will include:
- Successfully completing a comprehensive training program
- Making and receiving phone calls in accordance with FDCPA guidelines, various regulatory agencies, and state and local laws
- Reviewing and analyzing work orders and skip trace documentation to determine the next course of action for debt resolution
- Negotiating and soliciting payment arrangements
- Documenting collection activity information in the contact management system
- Analyzing potential disputes and recommending actions to management
- Preparing accounts for legal action
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements for collecting bad debt
- Achieving daily phone requirements and goals set by management
- Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues
- Meeting department attendance requirements
- Working effectively under pressure and in stressful situations
- Demonstrating professionalism, respect, and dignity at all times
