So, what does a typical day look like for a Customer Sales and Service Representative?
- Communicate with customers through inbound calls, following an established call flow and asking relevant questions to determine their needs.
- Identify customer needs by actively listening, offering solutions, discussing new products and promotions, and guiding customers in understanding the value of our services.
- Take a consultative approach with customers, connecting their unique requirements to products and services that simplify their lives.
- Utilize multiple computer systems to research products, services, and price points that meet customer needs.
- Document customer needs, interactions, and outcomes using appropriate tools or systems.
- Ensure compliance with banking and financial regulations, providing customers with peace of mind.
- Create a “WOW” factor in every interaction through exceptional communication skills, taking ownership of each interaction, and delivering prompt service.
- Participate in regular 1:1 coaching sessions with your supervisor to meet key performance indicators consistently.

What We Are Looking For:

To be successful, you’ll need the following:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- We operate 7 days a week from 5 AM to 1 AM, offering various schedule options to accommodate changingbusiness needs.
- Have at least 1 year of customer service experience and understand the importance of delivering a personalized experience to existing customers.
- Possess retail or call center experience and feel comfortable making product recommendations to actively or passively shopping customers.
- Demonstrate a caring, supportive, and friendly nature in every interaction, displaying utmost confidence.
- Be computer savvy, comfortable working at a desk with multiple monitors.
- Be results-oriented and enjoy setting and achieving goals.
