Job Title: COBC & Compliance Senior Auditor
Location: Nigeria
About The Job
- The COBC & Compliance Senior Auditor supports the Sr. COBC & Compliance Manager in continuing to create a culture of compliance by establishing standards and procedures to prevent, reduce, and detect illegal, unethical and improper conduct.
- The COBC & Compliance Sr. Auditor supports the Sr. COBC & Compliance Manager in ensuring these standards are communicated and adopted, and for monitoring compliance with the Code of Business Conduct (COBC) as well as other compliance policies, such as the Group Anti-Bribery policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct investigations at varying levels, for all COBC matters.
- Lead Anti-Bribery and other compliance Audits .
- Suggest areas of improvement on team engagement year on year.
- Sharing expertise with the Legal and Security teams and providing guidance to HR in the disciplinary stage of investigations.
- Serve as a member of the Joint Task Force (JTF).
- Assist the COBC Manager in conducting analysis, preparing reports and communications which are shared with management.
- Ensure appropriate level of information on COBC cases is documented in the Case Management Tool.
- Collaborate with Legal department and other functions, such as Security, HR and Finance, to evaluate policies and training to promote compliance with the COBC and other Group policies.
- Support Legal and other departments in new compliance programs and policy initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with the Audit teams and ensure timely communication of identified fraud risks.
- Assist the COBC Manager to develop and conduct trainings, raise awareness, and develop/ maintain relationships with management colleagues across the Country to identify and address key risks
- Effective interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills, with the ability to objectively evaluate complex and sensitive situations, while engendering trust and confidence.
Is This You?
- A University level bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, related field or equivalent.
- 4+ years of related professional work experience (investigation and compliance functions).
- Experience in performing complex internal fraud and misconduct investigations.
- Possess CFE / ACCA / ICAN (or equivalent).
- Generate new or unique solutions and embrace new ideas that help promote and foster a culture of compliance.
- Possess strong project management skills, shows ability to make sound decisions, and exhibits initiative and intuitive thinking.
- Very strong oral communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong written communication skills with ability to write clear and concise reports for.

About The Role
- The role holder will be responsible for executing key sales driver activities including distribution, visibility, promotion, quality, and persuasion while also conducting commercial surveys to analyze market demand and uncover growth opportunities in the Horeca space.
Key Responsibilities
- Visits top 75 Key On-Trade Outlets in respective area coverage, achieving VOL, REV and Distribution KPIs.
- Scans the Cooler in place and is responsible for taking the Order of NBC Portfolio, to achieve availability PiCos.
- Provides POSM to outlets and executes the visibility PiCos according to outlet type.
- Secures order payments according to Credit Policy.
- Secures no coolers lost and zero financial impact coming from this/ her/her.
- Inform on new NBC prices lists.
- Receive On-route / On the Job feedback from his/ her Line manager and works to continuously grow.
- Is responsible for driving and following up on his/ her/her/her own IDP.
- Provides 1st level feedback to his / her Line Manager on optimizing the customer base coverage with new outlets.
- Provide Valuable Market Feedback to his/ her Line Manager for any activation that he/she comes across.
- Is the 1st level Outlet hunter in the respective area of coverage.
- Develop strategic partnerships with key customers – Customer satisfaction Feedback.
- Builds alliances with key cooperating departments (Logistics / Finance / Marketing).
- Develops a cross-functional team approach in account management for joint value creation.
- Ensures successful delivery of updates on all new products/categories and proper distribution.

- BA / B. SC or HND in relevant discipline.
- Minimum of Three years of experience in FMCG (Alcoholic Beverage / Premium Spirits Category).
- Commercial & Customer Marketing Experience (Spirits / AFBs).
- Demonstrated strength in On-Trade Activation, with proven success in executing impactful in-market brand experiences.
- Commercial capabilities (both NARTDs and PS Portfolio).

About The Role
- The Safety Specialist reports directly to the Plant Safety Manager and provides real-time shift level supervision, ensuring strict field adherence to a safe workplace across the facilities.
- They proactively identify hazards, enforce safety protocols (such as PPE usage), investigate accidents, and ensure daily operations comply with federal and state regulations to protect workers from injury.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor factory floors, material cavities, and loading docks continuously ensuring compliance to fleet safety requirements.
- Inspect physical fencing on high-risk hydraulic presses, balers, and conveyors.
- Ensure 100% proper usage of steel-toe boots, hard hats, and goggles.
- Audit active Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) points and compliance to standards.
- Halt any active process violating safe work procedures immediately.
- Log accident and inspection records under Nigeria Factories Act guidelines
- Audit floor adherence to specialized factory Permit-to-Work (PTW) frameworks.
- Run daily shift-starter safety updates with technical production crews.

- Test eye-wash stations, fire exits, and first-aid kits weekly.
- Lead root-cause analysis for any minor injuries or mechanical faults.

Is This You?
- B.Sc. or HND in Engineering, Sciences, or related field.
- Registered member of the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (ISPON) and HSE (Level 3) or an equivalent recognized Health & Safety certificate will be an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of active field -safety marshalling in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience working around moving machinery, automated conveyor belts, high-voltage systems, or forklift traffic.
- Experience conducting daily or weekly floor walkthroughs using physical or digital safety checklists.
- Basic experience reviewing or issuing hot work, confined space, or working-at-height permits.
- A track record of identifying, documenting, and escalating unsafe behaviours or equipment anomalies to the Plant health and safety manager.
- Safety investigations and root cause analysis behind H&S issues/incidents and the development of pragmatic options for resolution.
- Enforcement of standards and ability to influence people.
- Regulatory Compliance Management skills
- In depth knowledge hazard identification, Risk management.
- Ability to drive and enforce standards and influence people.
- Excellent command of English language required – written and spoken.
- IT Literacy.
