Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assume leadership and oversee the daily operations of the wholesale desk team.
  • Take charge of the wholesale strategy document and lead the implementation of the wholesale customer segment strategy.
  • Develop compelling and targeted customer value propositions, along with strategies for specific target segments, and create a business case for improvement initiatives.
  • Define product requirements, including segment-specific needs and channel preferences, for product development stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all stakeholders have a comprehensive understanding of customer pain points to address product improvement needs.
  • Match existing and new products with value propositions.
  • Supervise the design and delivery of a variety of products, programs, and schemes for the wholesale target beneficiaries, ensuring their effectiveness.
  • Identify innovative funding partners, both local and international, and understand the requirements for establishing strategic partnerships.
  • Guide cross-functional stakeholder groups in enhancing and managing a portfolio of products to increase market share within target segments.
  • Analyze market feedback and gain insights into the requirements of the target customers.
  • Lead the team in conducting research on all customer segments, mining customer data, and analyzing profiles to determine market segment requirements.
  • Periodically review and revise strategies for target segments.
  • Develop campaign requirements tailored to different customer segments.
  • Monitor and track performance against targets and address any relevant gaps.
  • Ensure the overall achievement of the Desk’s goals and objectives.
  • Drive the penetration and deepening of wallet share in the wholesale customer segment.
  • Increase the profitability of the wholesale segment.
  • Foster loyalty and customer retention within the wholesale customer segments.
  • Promote increased mindshare.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a related field

Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with FirstBank products and services.
  • Desirable knowledge of First Bank’s customer experience delivery/operations processes.
  • Industry knowledge regarding funding requirements with major development agencies (BOI, NEXIM, USAID, DFID, IFC, DBN, etc.).
  • In-depth understanding of wholesale lending within financial institutions, risk mitigation strategies, loan appraisal criteria, and wholesale development requirements.

2). Unit Head, Workflow and Enterprise Application Development

Location: Nigeria

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and ensure the successful completion of all tasks assigned to the Workflow & Enterprise Application Development Unit.
  • Allocate tasks to team members, effectively balancing the workload.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture (EA) office to ensure that data and information comply with defined blueprints and standards.
  • Consult with relevant stakeholders to comprehend their data and reporting requirements.
  • Lead the creation of accurate estimates for delivering work requests and application support services.
  • Manage an application team to deliver services in accordance with established service level commitments.
  • Take charge of the development, configuration, and unit testing of Workflow & Enterprise Application solutions from conceptualization through stabilization, utilizing various computer platforms.
  • Ensure that solutions align with the requirements specified in the design documentation.
  • Guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of report deliveries.
  • Assess technical constraints and address performance issues related to Enterprise solutions.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of new application systems.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of team tasks and objectives.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of maintenance and development processes.
  • Manage the expectations of both internal and external customers of the team.
  • Clearly communicate the goals, organizational philosophies, policies, and procedures of the Application team to team members.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the creation of documentation for Workflow & Enterprise solutions development.
  • Enhance Workflow & Enterprise systems by analyzing current practices and designing necessary modifications.
  • Provide leadership and technical guidance to team members.
  • Act as a member of the IT Services and Supplier Relationship Committee.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Minimum of a first degree or its equivalent in a business/IT related discipline.
  • A Master’s degree, MBA, or a recognized professional certification will be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering solutions.
  • 6+ years of management experience with at least 2 years in a senior management role.
  • Experience in Enterprise solution architecture and design.
  • Familiarity with Cloud Solution architecture and design.

  • Conduct research on computer hardware, software, networks, and internet-related issues to troubleshoot and maintain computer forensic laboratory equipment and network.
  • Analyze complex cases that may involve multiple operating systems and mobile computing devices.
  • Collaborate with industry-leading technology and content providers to enhance the bank’s security against threats from forensic investigations.
  • Collect and document critical indicators and information related to the threat infrastructure of live campaigns.
  • Manage information security incident investigations and handle forensic artifacts, conducting thorough analysis.
  • Identify systems compromised by cyber-attacks and oversee the collection, preservation, and transportation of evidence after a security incident.
  • Lead interviews and document findings regarding computer-related crimes.
  • Examine information retrieved from computers under investigation.
  • Prepare comprehensive analysis reports for use in investigations and as evidence in court proceedings.
  • Generate technical reports and declarations required for legal trials.
  • Provide guidance on potential alternative methods of analysis to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.
  • Train other digital forensic investigators in computer evidence procedures.
  • Adhere to the principles and policies outlined in the information security handbook.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Minimum of a First Degree in computer science/engineering.
  • Higher degrees or professional certifications are desirable.
