Job Summary

• We are hiring a Compliance Officer to strengthen its regulatory and documentation processes.
• This role is ideal for professionals with a solid background in compliance, audit, and statutory reporting.
• The successful candidate will ensure the organization adheres to all relevant laws and internal policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal compliance audits and assist in policy implementation
• Monitoring compliance with company policies and directives
• Monitoring customer acknowledgement
• Monitoring compliance with credit policy, debtors circularisation, recovery of outstanding debts and reconciliation of corporate customers’ accounts
• Monitoring the inflation of product prices

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND / OND / Graduate Trainee of Accounting or Management Sciences with 2 or 3 years of experience is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
• Strong analytical and documentation skills with close attention to detail
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination abilities
• Ability to manage multiple compliance tasks across departments.
• The candidate must reside in any of the said location.

• Participate on behalf of the company’s in exhibitions or conferences Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections Collaborate with team members to achieve better results Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
