Job Title: FMCG Brand Manager

  • The Brand Manager has the responsibility to develop and execute marketing programs that increase brand identity and brand awareness.
  • The person is expected to develop and execute brand strategies offline/traditional, digital, and paid social advertising programs for the business.
  • He/she has the responsibility that the brand remains recognizable, up-to-date, and exciting to customers, promoting and changing the public perception of the brand(s).

Job Responsibilities

  • Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, and value proposition for short as well as long term.
  • Carrying out market research to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
  • Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast, and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and build the credibility of brands.
  • Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports.
  • Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding.
  • Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items.
  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
  • Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.
  • Monitor market trends, and research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.


  • Bachelor’s Degree/HND in any discipline from a reputable Institution.
  • Experiences/Knowledge/Skills: (What experience brings success to this role)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ Brand experience.
  • Applicants with at least 7 years of FMCG experience in branding should
  • Brand awareness – a clear understanding of brands and the marketing mix.
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.

Job Title: Treasury Manager

Location: Nigeria

Job Description

  • Assist in managing treasury function for Nigeria Business
  • Working together with Treasury & legal function, Supply chain Team, Construction Team, Banks etc. on Treasury-related activities and documentation.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Assist in managing Banking relationships for Arise Nigeria
  • Ensure the Bank Facility, renewal process is completed as at when due and all necessary documents are provided with the agreed term after clearance from Arise IIP.
  • Assist in getting Form M, and Form A applications & approvals as per the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) or’ any other authority’s guidance.
  • Get LCs opened in line with the Limit balance.
  • Monitor Import documentation (ED” etc.) to ensure compliance with various processes, guidelines, regulations etc.
  • Manage all front treasury operational activities, ensuring compliance with relevant policies.

Checks & Controls:

  • Verify various bank charges/ interest are in accordance with the rate agreed with the bank.
  • Act and initiate action to control/ reduce these costs.
  • Have control over various Form M/A/LC issued and regular review of the same.
  • Reconciliation of Bid account, Forward coverage etc. and presenting this to Finance Controller as needed.
  • Sharing various treasury reports as & when needed.

Internal And External Relationships:

  • Finance Departmental meetings
  • Partner banking relationships


  • B.Sc. Degree in Accounting or other related course
  • 5 years of work experience.
  • Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN)/ ACCA
  • Computer expertise especially in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge SAP
  • Good knowledge of Banking & Treasury.

N900,000 – N1,000,000(monthly).

Job Summary

  • Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technicians install, maintain, repair and overhaul residential central air conditioning systems, commercial and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and combined heating, ventilation and cooling systems.

Job Responsibilities

  • Processing and completing work orders.
  • Contacting the client to ascertain their equipment needs.
  • Ordering equipment supplies, repair modules, and sundries for the order.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and compliance schematics.
  • Installing climate control systems, refrigeration units, and beverage equipment.
  • Observing and testing newly installed systems.
  • Troubleshooting refrigeration equipment failures.
  • Maintaining stock levels.
  • Replacing worn seals, outer shells, and worn-out motors.
  • Informing clients of repair costs and alternate cooling options.

Refrigeration Technician Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc in related field
  • 5 years experience as a refrigeration technician
  • HVAC certification.
  • Braising and soldering skills.
  • Knowledge of local building codes.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and compliance schematics.
  • Advanced mechanical and diagnostic skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions.
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment.

Job Title: Payable & Procurement Manager

  • Creation of RFS purchase orders and maintenance of schedules for proper cost follow-up.
  • Liaison with Technical logistics and budget and reporting teams to ensure the correctness of allocated costs.
  • Comply with both Corporate and Partner requirements.
  • Works very closely with technical / budget responsible to ensure accurate financial information in line with work programs
  • Need for good management of RFS processes.
  • Supports the entity in financial matters so the technical personnel fully understand their budget/performance.
  • Ensures all financial information is captured in an accurate, compliant and timely manner.

Requirements and Skills
