We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Digital Marketing Officer / Content Creator
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Job description
- Create highly engaging digital videos, photos, reels and graphics.
- Manage Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Generate leads for account opening, loans, deposits and convert to sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing and other teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Plan and execute content calendars.
- Engage customers and manage inquiries.
- Maintain accurate logs of digital customer interactions and feedback.
- Track brand performance and report insights to management.
- Stay ahead of trends, sounds and digital content strategies.
Requirements
- HND/BSC in Marketing, Brand Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a digital marketing or social media role. (Serving NYSC Corpers with relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency with social media platforms, Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut, and other content creation tools.
- Good knowledge of social media, content, and market trends.
- Creative thinker, organized and detail-oriented.

Job Title: Recovery Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Identify and contact customers with overdue payments via phone, email, and in-person visits to negotiate repayment plans and recover outstanding debts.
- Conduct asset seizures independently.
- Work with customers to develop feasible repayment plans that align with their financial situations while ensuring compliance with bank policies.
- Develop, implement, and manage effective recovery strategies for delinquent loans.
- Prepare regular reports on the status of overdue accounts, recovery progress, and any challenges faced.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all recovery activities.
- React proactively to unhealthy and risky portfolios to prevent losses.
- Identify and analyze the portfolio to determine the root causes of default and propose the best method of recovery of the loan.
- Initiate demand and reminder letters to all defaulting customers and review all credit files for proper documentation and monitoring.
- Any other responsibilities assigned.
Requirement/Skills
- HND/B.Sc in Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt recovery preferably within the microfinance sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication and time management skills.
- High level of integrity and ethical standards.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Familiarity with microfinance principles, practices and regulatory requirements.

Description
- Processing of outward transactions for the bank.
- Ensure bank reconciliation is performed weekly and daily posting of transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management report and budget.
- Remittance of statutory deduction to various bodies.
- Reviews invoices, receipts and other documents supporting transactions to verify the accuracy.
- Preparation of GL proof for the month.
- Prepare, review and analyze financial statements and reports any variances to the Head of Finance,while identifying areas for improvement.
- Monthly review and processing of the payroll schedule.
- Assist with preparation for external audit/regulators (CBN & NDIC)
- Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.
- Undertake any additional duties as directed by the Head of Finance.
Requirements
- HND / BSC in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a MFB / financial institution.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and regulatory requirements.
- Professional certification is desirable and an added advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
