Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

– Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up and outbound calls.
– Understand customers’ needs and identify sales opportunities.
– Answer potential customers’ questions and provide additional information via messaging platforms.
– Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out through phone calls, emails, or other communication channels to encourage continued use of our services.
– Stay updated on product and service information and updates.
– Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers.
– Explain and demonstrate product and service features.
– Stay informed about competing products and services.
– Upsell products and services.
– Research and qualify new leads.
– Close sales and achieve sales targets.

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a reputable university.
– 0-1 year of experience in a similar role.
– Strong listening and sales skills.
