The infrastructure telecom support service scope includes, but not limited to:
- Provision of technical IT infrastructure support to all Company locations. Perform all job functions and cover all Company telecommunications systems as may be required (existing and future acquisitions):
- Configure and deploy specialized IT Telecoms solutions as may be required.
- Installation and support of chevron platform standard hardware (switches, routers, firewall, etc.)

- Perform any other work in CNL Locations as may be directed by the company in the service area of IT infrastructure support.
- Health monitoring of IT infrastructure including:
- Data Center environment
- MAN/WAN link connectivity; utilization and capacity management.
- MAN/WAN links availability and reliability.
- Equipment up time and Health Status
- Administration of Network Monitoring systems and Database repository for capturing links metrics.
- Monitoring of installed LAN and WAN devices like Cisco Switches and Routers and Palo Alto firewalls etc.
- Any other IT systems
- Installation and administration of LAN, MAN and WAN and WAN optimization devices like Cisco Switches, routers and Palo Alto firewalls.
- Provide voice and data support service to users at offices, residences, production platforms, drilling rigs, FPSOs and work badges.
- Installation and maintenance of Telecommunication equipment such as microwave radio, VSAT and 2-way radio communication systems.
- Installation and administration of Company voice environment like CUCM and UC for Cisco IP Phones and voicemail services respectively.
- Installation and Maintenance of fibre Optics and Optical line equipment, SOC and FOC Infrastructures, DC power systems etc.
- Monitor NetApp Storage devices- On-command/Cloud Insights and On Command Console monitoring/Operations Manager support.
- Hardware Failures: Replace faulty NetApp Power supply & failed NetApp Storage Disk
- Technology vendor management for failures on NetApp Storage devices
- Manage NetApp Snapshots for storage volumes.
- NetApp capacity planning and management
- Upgrade NetApp ONTAP and hardware platform where applicable; decommission legacy NetApp.
- Auto support acknowledgements
- Perform assessment of HPC Storage architecture and solution.
