Profile
- B.Sc Degree in Biological Sciences, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering is required
- Brewing qualification – IBD Brewing Diploma is a minimum requirement
- SAB Ltd Brewing Traineeship (or SABMiller certified equivalent) is a further minimum requirement
- 8 – 10 years production experience, of which 5 years’ operating at a management level within Brewing
- Demonstrated experience in driving commercial decisions in a brewery (financial, operational, people)
- A superior performance track record indicating a disciplined work ethic with passion at maintaining quality
- Solid understand of performance management principles – i.e. Our People Way
- Good working knowledge of all SAP modules and NOSA Safety Standards and requirements.
