Job Title: Customer Service & Sales Assistant
Location: Nigeria
Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in digital sales or customer service and experience using WhatsApp and Instagram for sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication, sales, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Must have the willingness to work occasional evenings and at least one weekend per month.
- Must be able to handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email, phone, and website.
- Convert enquiries into paid-on-delivery orders and meet sales targets.
- Must be able to handle order tracking, delivery coordination, and post-sale enquiries.

Requirements
- Experience in professional photography, videography, and product shoots.
- Should possess strong passion for fashion, aesthetics, and visual storytelling and have proficiency in Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
- Ability to create compelling product descriptions and marketing content. Shoot, edit, and optimise videos for the website and social media.
- Ability to support marketing campaigns, seasonal content, and website updates.
- Must have experience with the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, and CapCut AI to enhance content creation.
