We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Governance Analyst

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Governance Analyst at Access Bank Plc in Lagos.
  • The IT Governance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that the IT department is aligned with the Bankā€™s strategy and objectives by assessing, developing, and maintaining IT policies, procedures, and control framework.
  • The IT Governance Analyst will also be responsible for ensuring that IT risks are identified, assessed, monitored, and reported to stakeholders across the bank.
  • This role will be located in Lagos with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT Governance, IT Compliance, or related roles
  • Excellent knowledge of regulatory and legal frameworks in the financial industry
  • Experience with IT risk management and enterprise risk management frameworks such as COBIT
  • Experience with audits, compliance and control frameworks such as ISO, SOX, and PCI-DSS
  • Experience with IT policies and procedures development and enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Experience with data analysis, data visualization, and data-driven decision making
  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or equivalents is an added advantage.
