- Designing, maintaining, implementing, or improving solar electrical instruments, or systems for industrial, commercial, or domestic purposes
- Test or evaluate solar (PV) cells or modules
- Review specifications and recommend engineering or manufacturing changes to achieve solar design objectives
- Perform thermal, stress, or cost reduction analyses for solar systems.
- Develop standard operation procedures and quality or safety standards for solar installation work
- Performing a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment
- Good communication skills with customers, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects
- Ensuring that installation and operations conforms to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications.
- Establishing construction, manufacturing or installation standards or specifications by performing a wide range of detailed calculations
- Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies
- Estimating material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation
- Maintaining electrical equipment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineer, from an accredited school
- PMP experience added advantage
- Ability to cooperate and communicate with others, especially those without a technical background
- Minimum of 3 years working experience

Job Title: Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (R & A) Technician

Job Description
- Conduct regular routine inspections of all company’s R & A equipment to drive the proactive identification of potential faults and stop them before failure.
- Answer questions as to the operation, features and functions of the company’s R & A equipment.
- Service, repair and/or propose replacement of ACs, Chillers, Freezers and other refrigeration equipment.
- Complete other duties assigned.
- Identify or receive faults and analyze to identify root causes and resolve on R & A equipment.
- Escalate issues to coordinator/vendor as required;
- Ensure issues are properly logged and closed according to the company’s policy.
- Carry out and train others in carrying out preventive/proactive maintenance on R & A equipment.
- Monitor usage of equipment to ensure they are properly handled;
- Perform required documentation for each call, recording recommendations, repairs, accurate readings, and observations;
- Ensure all company’s R & A equipment are maintained to the highest standard;
- Follow up on escalated issues to ensure resolution and closure.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of daily reports.
- Provide feedback on Vendor/service providers as required to help in their evaluation.
- Propose/suggest ideas and recommendations on operations, equipment, preventive maintenance, and spares management.
- Support in preparation of equipment maintenance schedule and manuals

- Carry out any other maintenance job assigned to him by his supervisor
- Contribute actively at team meetings and departmental initiatives.

- Develop and propose the transaction / advisory business strategy to drive the team’s focus and choice of sectors, clients, and transaction undertakings.

- Lead transaction implementation and execution in the identified sectors, tier and industries
- Supervise analysis of transaction; perform financial analysis and in-depth reviews, impact analysis, financial models, and valuation.
- Review/develop Transaction Documents & regulatory requirements and filings for debt and equity capital market.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies as may be required for both debt and equity capital to ensure successful execution of client’s mandate
- Document and negotiate potential debt and or equity capital funding terms (including security structures, regulatory filings and rendition/report
- Conduct and supervise due diligence on target companies, along with appointed professional parties.
- Liaise with heads of internal teams, to ensure timely transaction execution and effective management of transaction process.
- Liaise with other investment houses as may be required for successful execution of client’s transactions
- Manage the process of fund-raising programmes on behalf of the client
- Sector Research and preparation of Investor Documentation
- Liaison with other professional parties
- Manage the investor engagement and relation process.
