Job Title: IT Onsite Support Officer

Location: Nigeria

Job Description
Relevant work areas:

  • Asset management;
  • Incident and request management;
  • System Maintenance/ Backup Administration;
  • Information Security Management;
  • System/Network administration support;
  • Telecommunications Support

Educational Qualification

  • Minimum: B.Sc. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering at least Second Class Upper
  • Preferred: Master’s Degree in related discipline Professional.


  • Minimum: CCNA, ITILv4 Foundation
  • Preferred: CCNP, Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA), Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT
  • Preferred: Experience in customer service and support Key Skills and Competencies:
  • Computer network configuration and troubleshooting skills
  • IT support skills (hardware, software, networks, etc.)
  • Excellent hands-on systems administration (client and server) and virtualization skills
  • Active Directory infrastructure support and troubleshooting skills Information security management (Antivirus, firewall, access control, disaster recovery, etc.)
  • Microsoft productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


  • N140,000 – N150,000 net monthly.

  • We are seeking a highly skilled IT System/Delivery Engineer to join our dynamic IT team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system engineering, IT delivery, and project management.
  • This role involves designing, implementing, and managing IT systems to ensure their optimal performance and alignment with organizational objectives.


  • Manage infrastructure (Microsoft Exchange office, SharePoint Portal, ISA, Windows) and connection solutions including workstation connectivity, Local Area Network, Intranet and Internet Applications.
  • Perform Network and Security Audit, test routine system backups and restores.
  • Analyze System, Server application, network and input/output device performance.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10 – 13 years relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience as an IT System/Delivery Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of system engineering principles and practices.
  • Experience in managing IT projects from initiation to completion.
  • Proficient in server administration, networking, and security protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, etc.) are a plus.

N400,000 – N500,000 Monthly.
